Client satisfaction is at the top of our priority list, but we are not able to accept your request on the instalment / fee reduction. As you might aware that we made considerable investment into Azure Cloud and the cost of hosting against USD has increased due to the weakening of exchange rate which we have internally absorbed the cost without passing the cost to client.

With these factors in mind, together with inflation running at over 4-5% yearly, our maintenance fee remains unchanged for the past few years. Please rest assured that, we will ensure that we continue to deliver good customer service during the active subscription period.
